Save Our Coast/ Citizens' Alliance for the Tunnel Solution (SOC/CATS) is a coalition of citizens' and environmental organizations which came together to sponsor Measure T. Our campaign was powerful and effective, even with the limited resources of a grass-roots organization. We still have some remaining debt, currently about $34,000.
